YOGA
This is a gentle approach to HATHA YOGA (traditional yoga) adapted to the individual, where static and dynamic postures follow one another to the rhythm of breathing.
This Yoga was developed by KRISHNAMACHARYA and then by his son TKV DESIKACHAR in INDIA.
The 3 pillars of Viniyoga are:
*Asana: postures
*Prânâyâma: breathing
*Mudrâ: symbolic gestures
Depending on the season and your mood of the day, your teacher, certified by the French Yoga Federation, Bridget, suggests focusing the class on different themes: flexibility, opening the body, your anchoring, etc.
