RENFORCEMENT
Muscle strengthening is essential for good body maintenance whether for your daily life or your sports practice, particularly with disciplines such as Pole Dance or Aerial Hoop.
We recommend one strengthening session and one flexibility session per week in addition to your Pole Dance, Aerial Hoop or Chair Dance class to help you progress.
We offer different courses allowing you to work on this aspect.
NOS COURS DE 60 MIN DE RENFORCEMENT
All our 60-minute classes are for all levels
Pole Fit
Muscle strengthening work with and around the bar. Upstream, it allows you to prepare for aerial practices. In addition, it allows better muscular progression and endurance in the practice of aerial disciplines. This course is a must-have to gain in musculature and sheathing and body awareness.
Fit'N'Flex Chair
Mixed work of muscle strengthening and flexibility with and around the chair. The perfect combination for those who don't have time to do 2 classes separately!
Floor Bar
Traditionally, barre work allows dancers to warm up and stretch their muscles before going on stage. Practiced on the floor, without a barre to lean on, this warm-up becomes a sporting discipline in its own right that combines stretching and muscle strengthening exercises similar to the Pilates method.
Balances
The handstand (also known as a handstand) is the act of holding oneself in a stable, vertically inverted position while balancing on the hands, forearms, or head. It is a basic element in gymnastics, but is used in many activities such as yoga, circus, or some styles of dance.
Yoga
Viniyoga or Yoga of action: a classic Yoga originally in the yoga sutra of Patanjali. It was reworked and modernized by the yoga teacher Sri Krishnamacharia who realized that yoga had to adapt to each person. To be practiced without moderation, for the health of your body and your soul.
Aerial Yoga
It is above all a moment for yourself: a little bubble out of time to take care of yourself and your interior. Connect or reconnect with yourself to live in the present moment by giving lightness to your body. A class that relaxes and decompresses but also that softens and strengthens your muscles.
